Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- Withdraw and cancelation of services before 30 day before your event will be charged the 30% non refundable deposit after 30 day's you will not receive any refunds and will be required to pay for your event in full.
- Please refer to your signed contract for any questions about expectations of services. Your event date will not be held unless a signed contract and deposit is paid. No services will be preformed with out a signed contract.
- per our photography contract you are required to tag us in all posted photography with credit to Beyond the Forest.
- Beyond the Forest has a right to leave any event if there are the following behaviors, like unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotion of hate, or any other behavior that make staff feel like their life or moral compass is put at risk.
- Any flower orders that come in after 11am, will not be available for same day delivery.
