Event Planning Services

On your wedding day, I will dedicate six hours to help set up, coordinate with other vendors, assist guests, and manage the processional and recessional order. As part of my wedding day coordination services, I will ensure that your timeline is maintained as closely as possible. We will finalize your timeline during the rehearsal dinner, or on the day before your wedding if a rehearsal dinner is not held. Additionally, I will make professional decisions regarding any no-shows or tardiness of vendors as necessary, keeping you informed throughout the process while also providing clarity on event planner pricing.

Set up appointments to meet with vendors and discuss event planner pricing. We will be present all day during the event to assist with setup, connect with other vendors, support guests, and manage the processional and recessional order.

I will make professional decisions based on the no-shows and tardiness of vendors if applicable.

There will be two in-person meetings with clients and/or venue managers.

We will provide a standard ceremony template that includes basic details for placing the ceremony, reception, and vendors, ensuring a seamless wedding day coordination experience.

Additionally, we offer samples and suggestions on how to get started with planning.
